Piano reduction with solo parts
This is the first time a corrected and engraved piano reduction of Ethel Smyth's Concerto for Violin, French Horn and orchestra with the horn part written as the player reads it has been made available. The whole concerto has been crossed referenced not just with Smyth's original full score but also her own published piano reduction and the original orchestral parts. In all, over 2,000 errors, omissions and inconsistencies have been corrected to produce this new edition. The alternative versions Smyth authorised have also been published as separate publications.
